Sora is a boutique analytics consulting firm founded in Istanbul in 2021. Together with our sister company established in London in 2025,
we serve clients across multiple geographies and industries.
The analytics consulting industry broadly operates in two distinct models: the large-firm model, broad in scope, multilayered, and template-driven,
or the small but specialist team model, focused on the client's real problem. We chose the latter. Keeping Sora boutique is a deliberate choice.
Rather than running numerous projects simultaneously, we give full focus to a select few.
Every project is executed directly by our specialist consultants. There is a common problem in large firms: the promises made by senior consultants
in the sales meeting are delivered by an entirely different team. At Sora, this does not happen. The consultant you speak with is the consultant who runs the project.
